About amani's

Our esteemed founder Mr. Gopi started working in the business of food service at the age of 17. When he started out in 1989 he thought serving quality food was his true calling. Through the years he has mastered the art of serving tasty & delectable food efficiently & getting the flavors just right! To get his craft right, he also served as an apprentice at star hotels while attending hotel management course and also had an experience in American cruise liners.

As a child, Mr. Gopi understood the magical effects of serving good food; he then used this very knowledge to build his catering business. He concentrated on getting the traditional flavors right, not tampering with the age old recipes thus became one of the best Indian catering services. These very recipes are used in today's cooking too along with the new found flavors & delicacies!

He understood the importance of a good education and therefore chooses to finish his graduation whilst working and giving equal importance to his education and commitment to food service.

When he started his own professional catering service in the year 1995, serving big society clubs, little did he know he would taste so much success in such a short period of time. Catapulting his career with this very success, he also undertook outdoor catering orders for Parties & weddings & became sought after party caterers & wedding caterers.

Mr. Gopi goes by the belief that when each dish is prepared with utmost dedication, giving importance to the minutest of detail, it results in a tasty dish every single time!

To widen his horizon of services, Mr. Gopi then started undertaking orders for corporate parties in the year 1999. Seeing his dedication & commitment to his work, he could get top companies on board.

With the impressive client list through our catering services in Hyderabad, we could then go on to procure International School Canteen contracts as well in the year 2003.

amani's is the brain child of Mr. Gopi, who believes that the true taste of food comes only through an amalgamation of the six tastes "shathruchulu" which also represent the six seasons of the year, making a wholesome meal.
